Declare Yourself...

Alright, almost everyone is present.  Now they're hanging out, chit chatting, casually making the rounds as if this is just another day in the House and not the day we determine if we default on our loans or if we live to spend another day.  Considering how important this vote is, I have no problem with North Carolina asking for a formal declaration.  Fingers crossed...
